OPERATIONAL METHODOLOGY

PROJECT EXECUTION PLANNING
Bowe Watts Clargo can assist the client through the provision of a robust Project Execution Planning process designed to deliver the key project management documentation suite that will be owned, maintained and utilised by all elements of the unified Project Team through the project programme. The produced Project Execution Plan will provide a robust foundation for the successful management of the project by:
- defining the customer project brief;
- defining the roles and responsibilities of key project personnel;
- establishing the financial and resource allocations and control mechanisms;
- identifying key project delivery and project management risks;
- setting-out programme management arrangements;
- outlining the required project approvals process;
- defining the required administrative systems and procedures;
- identifying key project health, safety and environmental issues; and
- defining the project quality plan.
PROJECT RISK ANALYSIS
Using robust technical and commercial analysis techniques, Bowe Watts Clargo can assist in the identification of project-related risks in order to ensure that a valid Project Risk Register is available to all elements of the Project Team from the inception of the project through to the successful closure of the project.
Our thorough analysis, assessment and evaluation of project-related risks, together with proposals for mitigation and/or management of the identified risks, will be captured within the overall Project Risk Register.
Thereafter our involvement may be focussed either on an ongoing project management basis or through assignment to support specific aspects of the project delivery process.
