Our Approach
Our approach to every assignment is to have a clear understanding at the outset of the requirement of the principal parties. This enables:
- Development of the most appropriate strategy for the delivery of the requirement;
- Identification and assessment of the key commercial considerations and risk factors; and
- Evaluation of viability in terms of the client's business plan and aspirations.
We work with our client and, as necessary, with other client advisers maintaining as high or low a profile that the client stipulates.
We always ensure that senior level resource is dedicated to each assignment that we undertake so that continuity of in-depth expertise is maintained. We do not provide junior level resource that is sporadically managed by an overstretched senior associate.
