In Healthcare these include successfully completed assignments for NHS Primary Care Trusts, Acute Trusts and Foundation Trusts.

•  We are proud to have been instrumental in bringing the first Foundation Trust PFI project to financial close.
•  We provided commercial and deal closing services for the Government’s Independent Sector Treatment Centre initiative and other pilot projects.
• We are commissioned to provide commercial consultancy and strategic advice to international and domestic private sector healthcare groups that are bidding to win major contracts and we have achieved successful outcomes.

   In Property and Real Estate we have successfully devised property solutions to enable clients to win major contracts in a variety of sectors including Defence and Diagnostic Healthcare

   In Banking and Structured Finance we are currently working with a highly respected US Investment Company on their programme to provide long term capital to European corporations.

We have close relationships with major banks and work with them to devise optimal funding structures for our clients.

In the past two years we have closed deals with an aggregate value in excess of £3 billion and have won bids in excess of £2 billion
