We develop strategies to achieve business goals and solutions to commercial complexities. We have in-depth knowledge of public sector services, procurement processes and related contract structures including PPP and PFI.
Bowe Watts Clargo was established in 2002 to develop bidding strategies to support organisations in bidding for complex procurement contracts and also to assist public sector bodies with the procurement of such projects.
Whilst this is still a core activity in which we have achieved a high level of success, we have become increasingly specialised. We have in-house expertise that enables us to provide focussed intelligent consultancy in a variety of sectors including:
